One of the most pivotal moments in my business happened when a mentor told me that if I wanted to have more time with my kids and make more money, I should look into doing freelance work in accounting. I thought, “why not?”
Since then and for 20 years, I’ve provided virtual bookkeeping and financial services to small/ medium businesses. In addition, I help my clients by eliminating the need for them to hire full-time bookkeeping personnel. I specialize in financial planning, budgets, payable and receivable accounts, cash/bank reconciliation, payroll, sales, and franchise tax reporting.

Kasandra has been doing bookkeeping for 13 years. From supporting hotels, restaurants, and propane and mechanics shops, she has gained specialized experience in QB Desktop and QB Online. Kasandra continues growing her virtual bookkeeper skills and has worked closely with accountants.

Kasandra is the mother of 3 with her high school sweetheart and lives in northeastern Wyoming. Her husband is a mechanic for a coal mine. Kasandra enjoys traveling, and in the summer, you can find her family camping and cheering her kids on their sports adventures!

Heather is skilled at preparing payroll tax, sales, tax, and annual and personal income tax. She has experience using Quickbooks, Peachtree, and Zoho bookkeeping systems. She has a keen eye for analyzing financial statements and finding and fixing mistakes. Heather is pursuing her Bachelor’s in Accounting in the College of Business at UCF, with the ultimate goal of becoming a CPA.

Jan earned a BSBA and has worked managing Accounting and Administrative staffs in many industries including Construction Companies, Convenience Stores, Retail Food Store, Wholesale Companies, Consulting Firms, and more.
She has experience with many industry specific accounting software programs, as well as programs like Peachtree, Great Plains, Quickbooks and now Zoho, and enjoys all processes from conversion and cleanup, problem spotting and fixes to monthly maintenance.
